Elaborated with a selection of grape in vineyard. Fermentation to controlled temperature, 22 ºC for 10 days, mended contínuos.3-4 months of stay in barica. Fermentation Maloláctica in warehouse. Tuning in otella, previous sale. Light filtration, later bottling.

Designation of Origin VALDEORRAS

Selection of vineyards Freixido, in Valdeorras's full heart. 12 months in new casks of thin American oak and oak Allier Francés and, 36 months in bottle resting in an underground warehouse to a constant temperature. Alcoholic Fermentation of 6 days in warehouse of stainless steel to temperature controlled of 27ºC followed by maceration with husks for 20 days with two mended diaries.

Arzuaga Crianza
Designation of Origin RIBERA DEL DUERO

Grapes of the variety I Dye Thin (Tempranillo) and original Cabernet Sauvignon of our estate The Plant. Vineyards of 20 years cultivated of a traditional way. Harvested to hand in his ideal point of ripeness in boxes of 15 kg. The clusters happen for the table of selection and later despalillan, the grapes are encubadas in warehouses of stainless steel, are kept a few days in cold, with a slow alcoholic fermentation to approximately 27 º C. An upbringing of 16 months in casks 60 % French oak and 40 % American does a powerful and fruit-bearing wine, but finely and delicacy.
