Arzuaga Crianza
Grapes of the variety I Dye Thin (Tempranillo) and original Cabernet Sauvignon of our estate The Plant. Vineyards of 20 years cultivated of a traditional way. Harvested to hand in his ideal point of ripeness in boxes of 15 kg. The clusters happen for the table of selection and later despalillan, the grapes are encubadas in warehouses of stainless steel, are kept a few days in cold, with a slow alcoholic fermentation to approximately 27 º C. An upbringing of 16 months in casks 60 % French oak and 40 % American does a powerful and fruit-bearing wine, but finely and delicacy.

Pairing:
Ideal accompanist for gelatinous and powerful meats like chinstraps or tail of bull, complex stews with garrison, red meats to the ember, big game hunting and even for fished blue or white with sauce.

Red pillory with edges cardinalicios, with a nice sheen.
Wine Aroma:
Aromas of consistent wine, very complexes, abundance of fruit-bearing shades adorned with notes of torrefactos. It is a wine in continuous evolution, alive and freshly.
Wine Taste:
Balanced and dense, it fills the mouth with multitude of fruit-bearing and creamy sensations. It is tasty and elegant, perfect to unite with multitude of plates. It is a wine that does not stop indifferently for the good sensations that it contributes.
