Founded in 2000
In 2000 the Escudero family decides to expand its workspace to Navarra, thus joining a wine from DO Navarra to holds that this family already owned in La Rioja. For 23 years, he has advised Amador Escudero as winemaker at various wineries in Navarra, and the result of this experience in the DO Navarra, and conscious of the quality of the vineyards in the area, decided to start making his own wine in this appellation. Thus, we begin to develop red and rosé wines thus creating the new "Logos". The project is consolidated with the purchase of a warehouse located in the municipality of Monteagudo, south of the banks of Navarra, in the valley of Queiles.
The winery has two ships with 73 concrete tanks coated with epoxy resin, 20,000 liter capacity each. Experience has shown that the lower capacity in the reservoirs, and pumping fermentations are more homogeneous and produce wines with more structure and character. In addition to these concrete tanks, the winery has stainless steel tanks of 50,000 liters capacity, fitted with water jackets for temperature control of fermentation of white and rosé wines.
