Bodegas Escudero
Wine-producing group relative located in the north zone of the geography, D.O. Qualified Rioja and D.O. Navarre composed by the Winery counterfoil, Escudero, and the recently close Wineries Valsacro and Wineries Logos. Amador Escudero belongs to the fourth generation of a butlers' family with long wine tradition.
The vineyards more recent are those of Chardonnay, with 25 years and Viura, with 30, with the exception of the most recent vineyard planted about the building Winery Valsacro, to the purest style Chateau. The inks, Tempranillo, Robe, Mazuelo and Graciano, has fulfilled an average of 80 years, planted many of them for the grandfather and great-grandfather.
This way the different wines and wine-cellars are born that Page elaborates the family inside three names at which it is employed: Rioja, Navarre and Wine-cellar.
The family Page, at present, possesses 130 hectares of own vineyard a middle ages of 50 years of age, possessing vineyards that they exceed the century. Most they are placed in the Mount Yerga to a height of 700 m. With a microclimate with important differences between the diurnal and night temperatures in summer.
The soil is a collage of old vineyards, vine-stocks documented from 1821 and that the current generation of the family Page has assembled and adapted up to obtaining the vineyard with which nowadays they elaborate his products.

RIOJA qualified Designation of Origin
The grapes come from the vineyards owned by the winery on the slopes of Mount Yerga.
