Climate

Types of wine

White Wine. Clean and brilliant colors. Yellow straw. Fruit-bearing aromas, emphasizing green apple, with light touches to wild flowers. In mouth they denote frutosidad and in occasions with a light touch of needle.
Pink Wine. Color raspberry. Powerful aromas, with predominance of red fruits like the strawberry and the raspberry. In mouth they are light and fresh, with an agreeable carnosity that they resemble the red fruit
Stained Wine. cherry-red Color with purplish edges. Aromas of red fruits of the forest, as defaults and blackberries. In mouth they present a soft tanicidad and balanced acidity that they contribute a light and agreeable end.
Upbringing Wine. Period of aging in a term not lower than two natural years, counted from November 1 of the year of vintage, of which six months like minimum it it will be in cask of wood of oak.
Wine Reserves. Upbringing in cask of oak and bottle during a total period of thirty six months as minimal, counted from November 1 of the year of vintage, with a minimal duration of twelve months in cask of wood of oak.
