Francisco Javier García Bueno runs a modest warehouse in Villalpando to not hesitate to describe as "winemaker's dream." Small but attractive, Bodegas Mitus occupies the basement of his house and above all, the heart of a young lover of good wines. Trained in enology in Madrid and tanning in the profession in several wineries in the region, this young Zamora has entered the world of wine "small steps", but with the conviction that they are laying the foundation for something big.
