Celler Capçanes prepares a kosher wine for years and today is considered one of the best worldwide. A high quality red and in itself, whose manufacturing process is carried out under the strict supervision of a rabbi from the strain and throughout its development. 12 months in French oak barrels and new kosher 1 year (228L). Tostado medium and light. Subsequent aging tank for 3 months before bottling.
