The zone of production occupies part of the central sector of the province of Tarragona, wrapping almost completely the zone of production of the D.O. Priorato. His wines mas typical are the red wines of high color and wide carnosity, elaborated from the pure varieties Robe and Mazuela, with eventual complements of Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot and Syrah. Also they are of stand out the interesting wines of liquor, mellow and sweet natives of the zone.

Climate

Types of wine

  • white mistela Wine Montsant.
