Climate

Types of wine
- mellow Wine Montsant. There came from traditional liquor obtained by route oxidativa in packings of wood of oak, of white or stained wines, of alcoholic volumetric degree minimal native of 12% vol to reach an alcoholic volumetric acquired minimal degree of 15% vol and maximum of 20% vol.
- white mistela Wine Montsant. Wine of traditional liquor that in his production separates the must flower of the grape and immediately afterwards the wine filters, with an alcoholic volumetric degree minimal native of 12% vol, for adding forthwith wine alcohol and to proceed to remove it once a day for one week up to obtaining an alcoholic volumetric acquired minimal degree of 15% vol and maximum of 20% vol.
- Mistela negress Wine Montsant. The production of the wine of traditional liquor called black mistela will carry out from the black authorized varieties, that they will have to have an alcoholic volumetric degree minimal native of 12% vol.The speechless grape softens, with the previous separation of the escobajo, with a mixture of wine alcohol, and airea two times a day for fifteen days to make the yeasts inactive.
