Types of wine

- mellow Wine Alella. traditional wines of qualit liquor from the varieties white robe and macabeo or robe dyes, obtained by route oxidativa in packings of wood of oak of white wines of those who will have to have wealth in azúcares not lower than 14º.Baumé and they will have to be in mint condition sanitary. The production of the wine endures an aging oxidativo to the Sun and serenade, and a minimum of one year in packing of oak. The mellow wines, to be commercialized by the name of upbringing, will have to have four years of aging, of which a minimum of three in packing of oak. During the production it will be possible add, if it is precise, the wine alcohol of quality to attend to a graduation between 15% vol and 20% vol. The color typical of the wine is of old gold.
- Mistela de Alella. to production of the wines of qualit liquor traditional named mistela there will be realized from all the varieties of white grapes and that in his production the must separates flower of the grape and immediately afterwards the wine filters, with an alcoholic volumetric degree minimal native of 12% vol, to add forthwith wine alcohol and to proceed to remove it once a day for one week up to obtaining an alcoholic volumetric acquired minimal degree of 15% vol and maximum of 20% vol.
- Alella's sweet natural Wine. traditional wines of qualit liquor that comes from musts of high wealth in azúcares, superior to 250 g/l, fermented partially. His alcoholic volumetric natural graduation is like a minimum of 12 % vol and an alcoholic volumetric acquired minimal degree of 15 % vol and maximum of 20 % vol.
