Celler Vall Llach
This winery was founded to beginning of the 90s of the 20th century by the singer Lluis Llach y Enric Coast. The must they obtain it of vineyards of old estates called "Trossos" of between 60 and 90 years, as well as of vine-stocks of new plantation.

Este es el vino insignia de Celler Vall Llach. Se obtiene de una finca ubicada en un paraje singular y que la tradición le ha dado un nombre poético: el Mas de la Rosa. Esta finca de pendientes imposibles, de una pizarra adusta y una insolación reverberante del sector Sur, tiene unas características tan particulares, que le permiten darnos el vino más exclusivo del Celler. Fermentación de la uva despalillada en barricas de madera de 225, 500 l y depósitos de acero inoxidable de 1000 i 2500 l de capacidad. Maceración prefermentativa en frío durante 3 días, fermentación a Tª controlada entre 25º y 29º C durante 17-19 días con bazuqueo diario y remontado suaves. Maceración postfermentativa de 12 días seguida de un prensado suave. La fermentación maloláctica se realiza 50% en depósitos de inoxidable y 50 % en barrica. El vino pasa a barricas (225 i 300 l) de madera nueva de roble francés con tostado ligero y mediano y grano fino. Se realiza un trasiego durante la crianza de 16 meses. En la Bodega, nadie piensa en él como un vino de consumo. Es un vino pensado para la degustación serena, para saborearlo con placer.

Porrera Vi de Vila es un vino tinto de la D.O. Priorat elaborado por Celler Vall-Llach con uvas procedentes de viñas de más de cien años. La antigüedad de estas vides definen la personalidad de este vino. Fermentación de la uva despalillada en barricas de madera y depósitos de acero inoxidable. Maceración prefermentativa en frío durante 3 días, fermentación a temperatura controlada entre 25º y 29º C durante 17-19 días sin bazuqueo diario y remontado suaves. Maceración postfermentativa de 12 días seguida de un prensado suave. La fermentación maloláctica se realiza 50% en depósitos de inoxidable y 50% en barrica. Este vino ha pasado durante 16 meses por barricas de madera nueva de roble francés con tostado ligero y mediano y grano fino.
