The current winery is seated on the former winery where there was elaborated the wine "claret" during two previous centuries.
Under the direction of Patricia Prádanos, our enóloga, we elaborate the pink and stained wines with the grape of our vineyards, with caress, supporting a permanent control along the whole process of production: from the attentive care of the vineyards, up to the commercialization of the wine to be tasted.
Ours " pink of tear ", they claim the place that corresponds to this type of wines for his personality and quality and that they have been unjustly forgotten.

The raw material for processing is selected and must tear grape of excellent quality. The cold maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks but it is in French oak barrels where the alcoholic fermentation takes place. After fermentation the wine is in these barrels for aging on lees process by "batonages". Production limited to 2,000 bottles

Cold maceration to enhance the extraction of aromas and polyphenols stabilize the load. Careful time in oak to give the wine a hint of parenting without masking properties of the grape. 4 months of oxidative aging in French oak, American and Central European, being the age of the barrels for 2 years. Spend another 2 months in bottle before going to market to round out the wine in both aroma and aftertaste.
