Granada's Wines have flavors of orange blossom, thyme, rock rose and violet, honey, figs and almonds, citrus and tropical varieties exhibited by Muscat, Pedro Ximenez, vijiriego, among the most representative, and acclimated as chardonnay and sauvignon-blanc . In the native red varieties are as Garnacha, Tempranillo and Monastrell, and other populations such as cabernet sauvignon, merlot, syrah and pinot noir.

Granada: Albondón, Albuñol, Almegíjar, Cádiar, Cástaras, Lobras, Murtas, Polopos, Rubite, Sorvilán, Torvizcón, Turón and Ugíjar.

Climate

And continental with Mediterranean influence. The temperature and fresh air flows in Sierra Nevada produces a beneficial effect that predisposes grapes to further development of polyphenols that give the wine color, softness, tannic structure.
