Santbru
A Montsant made with very old Carignan, pampered like to end processing. With the complexity and depth of Priorat, but with much more kindness. A red to enjoy, aerating a bit before presenting the cup and let us surprised by its freshness. Aging 16 months in French oak barrels from 225 to 500 liters, with the varieties separately.

Red fruit and oriental spices. Bouquet mineral, anise, thyme, espresso and blueberry. Elegant structure; acidities harmonics combined with nuts.
Wine Taste:
Juicy, powerful palate with dense black fruit presence. Velvety tannins. Meaty. In high concentrations, with powerful, clear and sharp end.
