Marqués de Carrión Crianza
This wine is made in the winery Marques de Carrión de Labastida with selected grapes from old vines in the best slopes of Sonsierra. Harvested during the first half of October, collecting a grape healthy, whole and at its ripest. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 30 ° C, applying a maceration with the skins medium-high for 15 days. He was later descubado to cement tanks where malolactic fermentation complete, followed by racking alternating with extended bed rest, so that there be an natural clarification spontaneously before passing to parenting. At 20 months old this year went to barrel where it remained for 18 months, alternating between French and American oak of varying ages with aerated every 6 meses.Finalmente racking the wine was topped with a long rest in the bottle where it has reached its fine bouquet and full roundness.
