Macabeo grapes come from our Villa Racons, two small vineyards, one of 0.44 hectares in 1917, with another 1.36 hectares in 1955. 6 months aging on its lees in selected French oak barrels of 500 liters.

Explosive on the palate with a surprising acidity and smooth, full-bodied complexity and depth, all balanced with fresh acidity. Long and persistent with flavors of white flowers and mineral sensations. Changes in the crystal length. We recommend opening one hour before serving.
