L'Alba del Mar
Manual harvesting of the grapes earlier in the day. As the name suggests this wine grapes are harvested early hours of "dawn" to keep the freshness of the morning and the aromas and flavors of the wine are as fresh as possible and remind us those feelings morning. Temperature-controlled fermentation in tanks of 500l with continuous and manual lifts to extract optimal color, with a high quality aromatic flavor full potential of the Chardonnay grape. Filtration and rest in French oak barrels, with roasted low for four months. After filtration charcoal lands, hence its unique brilliance and color, characteristic, almost transparent with those notes so attractive.

Of notable intensity in the foreground primary aromas of white fruit with hints of apple, apricot and pear fresh, intertwining with a tropical fruitiness as pineapple and mango, on a well-defined background spicy vanilla.
Wine Taste:
With a dry input, has a smooth mouthfeel and creamy, lively acidity and assembled, with a fruity tannin that gives very good structure, boasts a remarkable weight of fruit in center of mouth. Aftertaste complex notes of tropical fruit and white, with traces lactic, all on a memory spiced custard. Posrgusto long and invites further fresh drinking
