Coto de Hayas Crianza 2008
Traditional preparation. Fermentation at 28 º C with temperature control. Maceration takes place over 15 days. After which malolactic fermentation was carried out of the two varieties separately. After malolactic fermentation maceration proceeds to French oak barrel for a 6-9 month period, completing its aging in bottle.
