LA JARABA is placed on the historical place of the same name, astride of Villarrobledo's terms and the Provencio, in full heart of The Spot.

The PAGO DE LA JARABA it possesses 80 hectares located in an alone payment placed entirely concerning the winery, being the predominant variety the Tempranillo and the rest Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Placed to a height of 756 meters on the level of the sea, with a climate nailed in the Continental Moderate Mediterranean, the culture is realized of traditional form, with the usual practices of the zone that understand restrictive prunings, blunted, clarify you, it harvests in green, etc …, with the aim to optimize the quality of the product. The nutritional contribution comes from the manure of sheep generated in the own exploitation.

Departing from the grape in his ideal one of maturity and gathered to hand, there begins the process of production, which priority aims are the soft treatment of the vintage, hygiene and quality.
