Founded in 1930
Wineries Dolores Morenas possess two Wineries: that of production and that of upbringing.
The Winery of production is provided with technology advanced for the obtaining wine of great quality: despalilladora, pneumatic press, bomb of vintage, Wineries of stainless steel with shirts of cold for the control of the temperature during the fermentation, filters of land and of plates, isothermal Wineries...
In this Winery also we realize to hand more delicate tasks as the selection of grape or the mended ones.
Between 1970 and 1980 the total capacity of the Winery managed to reach 3 million liters. From this date one started defining a new philosophy in favour of the quality and with a drastic reduction of the production, limiting ourselves to elaborating only with our own grapes.
The Winery of upbringing was inaugurated in 1987 and it has been extended in several occasions up to sheltering 250 casks of American and French oak that we have nowadays. It is a nice building of beginning of s. The XXth of high ceilings with artesonado of wood and an underground ideal wine-cellar for the upbringing of our wines.
