The wine elaborates in a ship that dates back of 1880 approximately, destined des that contruyó, to the production of wine proceeding from grape of the own one " Heredad Ferrer de la Vall ".
The homestead was destined for the most part to the culture of the grapevine, and only it had approximately 2-3 has. Forest and 1 Hectares of garden. They had managed to transform of between 1300 1800 (According to the years) you load with grape 1600-2000 Hl of wine.
When the phylloxera came to Piera, 1888, one left a part of the lands due to economic problems and the lack of workforce. The production of the wine was diminishing progressively until ends of the decade of the 70-principles of the 80 of the XXth century, moment in which one chose to sell the production to the big cavistas of the zone.
Nowadays we have recovered the former familiar tradition and elaborate a wine of limited production, making the whole process we same from the culture of the vineyards, withdrawal and production of the wine, up to the bottling and commercialization.
