Founded in 2007
Celler Bujorn is born as result of a logical evolution and of the knowledge of an environment, of his climate, of the soil, of the vineyards, of the wines … arises with the will to give continuity to this knowledge and to be able to come at the end of his tour.
The winery is placed in the high part of The Vilella Baixa, in a small house integrated to the people. There is a plant for the vinificación and other one for the upbringing and the bottling.
With own vineyards in the average zone of the DOQ Priorat he presents the only wine fruit of the vinificación of two vineyards of ages and different identities. With Cariñena's predominance, the Robe and the Cabernet Sauvignon finish offering him the wished tipicidad. The production and the upbringing want to respect the personality of every variety and of every estate.
