Founded in 1957

Founded on 1.957, for the union of some small vine-growers, butlers and enologists, with a common illusion, to be able to choose and select the best grapes, and together, to obtain a few wines of great quality to be able to defend them on the market, in a beginning as bulks, and later as bottlings.

Nowadays this winery vinifica the grapes proceeding from approximately 900 You Have. All of them inside the term of IT DAWNS, with a height superior to the 700 mts., small developments almost all in a glass of dryness, with a vineyard of high age, practising a very traditional viticulture with low productions and scanty treatments that guarantee the natural and ecological character of the product.

The winery is provided with the most modern facilities for: selection of the vintage, quality control from the entry of grapes to the vinificación, controlled macerations, control of temperature of fermentation, aging and upbringing in cask and bottlings.

VARIETIES: Bobal, Cencibel, and Robe in inks. Macabeo and Tardana in white. The range of wines is very varied, the whites with the whole aromatic tipicidad of the variety Macabeo, which is done much more complex and structured in case of the fermented one in cask. The pink typical ones of the variety Bobal, fresh, fruity and with great persistence in mouth.The red wines product of the suitable combination of the varieties Bobal and Cencibel, bringing together the freshness and tanicidad of the first one with the delicacy and aromatic expression of the second one.

Definitively there obtain complex, structured, tasty, corporeal wines, with a weight of fruit raised, that invite to prolong his degustation.
