Founded in 1996

Buil & Giné is one of the wineries that more he has bet for the enoturismo in the Priorat, offering a visit organized to his facilities guided by specialists. It is a question of a good way to know some of the characteristics of the wines with name of origin of the region.

The one who wishes it can visit the vineyards even leading a modern segway. Also the different levels of the winery are crossed, advancing across the process of the wine of a very didactic way.

The winery was inaugurated in the year 2005 and it is equipped with the last technologies and excavated underground to alter the possible minimal thing the landscape. It is an authentic jewel, both for the production of wines and for the visits.

Buil & Giné was born in the year 1997 on Xavi Buil's initiative. There was taken again this way the wine tradition of the grandfather Giné, who had presided at the Agricultural Cooperative Falsetenca two times.

In the year 2002, the house experienced a push that would turn out to be definitive, with the incorporation of the enologist Jose Maria Vega. It associated with Buil to acquire the estate Mas d'en Tailor and to construct in her the winery that nowadays is visited.

Buil & Giné produces anually approximately 150.000 bottles, and works with the fruit of different vineyards of the terms of Gratallops, Vilella Baixa, Masroig, Bellmunt del Priorat and Falset.
