Peique Tinto Mencía

Designation of Origin BIERZO

Vino elaborado con Mencía, de viñedos de entre 45-55 años de edad situados a 450-580 metros de altitud. La vendimia es manual y una vez llega a la bodega hace una maceración prefermentativa de entre 3 y 5 días de duración a 4-6°C. La fermentación alcohólica la hace en depósitos de acero inoxidable junto con la maceración. Una vez finalizada la fermentación reposa durante 2 meses con sus lías finas antes de ser embotellado.
