Founded in 2001
Our origin goes back 1958, date of foundation of Borja's Cooperative, which has been throughout the years the precursor of the mythical brand Borsao.
Later, in the year 2001, Borsao happened of being a mere commercial brand when his own juridical personality to have with the creation of the company wineries Borsao S.A., that integrates to the Cooperatives of Borja, Pozuelo and Tabuenca, uniting efforts like that, resources and a half, which together with the experience and potential of the vineyards of 3 wineries have allowed to develop a new philosophy of work that he us has guided to the recognition and international prestige.

Este año Borsao Zarihs ya ha ganado 4 premios en Inglaterra Best Syrah from Spain, en Francia con la medalla de plata en Syrah du Monde y con unas muy buenas puntuaciones por el catador americano James Suckling, con 90 puntos. Así mismo, en el certamen de los mejores Syrah del Mundo de la revista Internacional The Drink Business se posicionó con 91 puntos.

Elaborado conjuntamente por el enólogo australiano Chris Ringland y el enólogo José Luis Chueca, Zarihs es un vino que muestra lo bien que le sienta el cierzo a esta variedad foránea, que precisamente en Campo De Borja ofrece bellos resultados. El 40% del vino es envejecido durante 12 meses en barricas de roble americano y el 60% en depósitos de acero inoxidable. Profundamente aromático, carnoso, amplio y de textura sedosa es un vino que nos permite disfrutar de la Syrah muy placenteramente.
