Borsao Bole
Soak for 3 to 4 days and in total between 12 -15 days. Fermentation of each variety separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 22 º - 26 º. It has been aged for 3 months in French oak Bordeaux barrels first and second wine.
