Fermentation of each variety separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 24 º - 28 º with a peak of 32 ° C. Maceration for 15 days in total. The wine is subjected to aging for 10 months in French oak Bordeaux barrels (90%) and American (10%).
