Bodega Tabú, S.L.N.E.

Javier Gonzalez and Isaac Dobarrio are owners of Bodega Taboo, a rustic wine, small, located at the end of O Rosal within concello of Oimbra.

The building currently is at the winery, had to be completely renovated, only the walls were saved. Were unified part of the upper and lower floors to allow entry of steel tanks. Its granite walls hold more than 80 cm thick giving the winery the optimum temperature for the production and aging of wines. The roof had to be reformed and tile, wood and other thermal insulation barrier contituyen maintains the heat inside during the heat of summer.

The situation of the farms between the valley and the mountains makes them very different soil characteristics: sandy, clay, slate and sábrego (weathered granite).
