Bodega Pedro Uriz Baztán

Founded in 1993

Winery Pedro Uriz Baztan was founded in 1993 by the vine-grower Pedro Uriz Baztán to elaborate qualit wines. It realized investments in Aibar's building to turn it into a small but attractive Winery, into which it incorporated modern machinery of vinificación. The capacity of these facilities is 73.000 liters. The grape comes from 17,5 hectares of vineyard of the property. At present it possesses more than 160 casks of that there is obtained a high-level wine that will bring together the aromas of the grape, those of the fermentation and those of the upbringing.

His productive politics is based on a care very brightened of the vineyards, with the just presence of natural credits and without using never herbicides, and on the storage of the wine on small Wineries that provoke a few fermentations and long macerations that provide to these red wines an excellent color and a flavor.

Thanks to this philosophy, the broths Vineyard Erenia are commercialized across restaurants of high category and of specialized establishments of the whole Spain, destining an approximate percentage of 35 % of his sales for the export towards countries as Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark or Germany.
