Viña Albali Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is a pure varietal Cabernet Sauvignon comes from vineyards selected antique farm Viña Albali attached to the property, which is totally vintage manual.El skin contact with the wort in the fermentation process, which develops controlled temperature, takes place in a not very intense with constant pumping to extract the most noble tannic compounds. Their breeding period occurs in American oak barrels for a period of not less than a year, continuing an appropriate bottle maturation. The whole aging cycle usually lasts 3 to 4 years.
