Wine made from grapes 100% tight caste weevil, native of León and Zamora's own vineyards, located about 950 m with an average age of 90 years. Their preparation includes a pre-fermentation maceration of 24 hours, 5 °, 24 hours settling at 5 ° C and 22 days fermentation at 14 °. Has also performed the "madreo" traditional technique which are incorporated to the wort during the fermentation, whole bunches, perfectly healthy (in an amount of about 5%). No malolactic fermentation and aging.
