Señorío de los Llanos Rosado
The Monastrell grapes, harvested during the first week of September, submit to a brief cold maceration. The must, obtained by grinding without any pressure, leaving decant for 18 hours, fermented at 20 ° C temperature. Once fermentation, the wine is racked, stabilized and packaged to maintain freshness until bottling.
