The notes of fresh fruit are defined by citrus fruits (pineapple, grapefruit) of xarel.lo and red fruit (cherry, raspberry) flavors of the Pinot Noir.Los of parenting (roasted thin, black chocolate) are gaining strength with time in glass, wrapping the freshness of fresh fruit providing a sense of great breadth and balance, suggesting the cold climate of our vineyards.
The palate surprises its great structure, characterized by a Mediterranean continental acidity, which gathers and gives vivacity to a large cellar made of two varieties like Pinot Noir and Xarel.lo. Bubble creamy feel and present, given its small size, which qualifies the acidity. Set powerful and kind that holds the memory of the fruit, raw hazelnut breeding and long glass.
