Jaspi Negre
Jaspi is the new project of the brothers wine and Coca Fitó in OJ Montsant. Under the name of Jaspi offers a new range of wines that convey the mood of the terroir and indigenous varieties of DO Montsant. The ultimate goal is to offer good wines with an unbeatable value. The first came to see the light is Jaspi Negre 2007, a wine made from the varieties of Grenache, Carignan, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, with a touch of wood rounded wine. For the production of this wine has benefited grapes from the vineyards of the brothers and Coca Fitó along with a selection of items Marçà farmers, Falset and The Masroig. The idea of ??this project was to produce fine wines with a modern style and identity through a traditional preparation but obtaining structural finishes nice and elegant so that they can share with a range of cuisine. 3 months in French oak.
