Isabena Tinto
Wine from three varieties, two of them foreign (Syrah and Merlot) and a characteristic of the area (Grenache). All three are separately macerated for 10 days. The fermentation temperature is controlled at 25 ° C to preserve the fruit. After malolactic fermentation, the period of enrichment timber is produced in a Syrah and Grenache individual.El rest for 4 months in American oak barrels and Merlot, 6 months in French oak barrels. The assembly of the wine is later.
