El Vern
Aged for 10 months in cask and at least 12 months in bottle. Fermentation at controlled temperature very well to keep the fruity aromas and fresh as possible, with a short aging in American oak barrels and French. A relaxed and cheerful wine with good balance between freshness, maturity and aging. The most spontaneous of the warehouse.
