Tares P3
In 2001 we selected 7 payments terraces formed by small homogeneous. Each expressing the full potential of Mencía in a particular soil and microclimate. The seven are vinified and raised separately, in order to produce a wine called Bembibre personnel. However, one of them, the payment number 3 (P3), noted for his extraordinary qualities and treated separately.

Wine Color:
Cherry red teardrop dense violet rim. Virtually opaque.
Wine Aroma:
The nose opens its aromatic palette with powder aromas and flavors marked minerals (graphite, slate, coal, ..) giving way to accent floral (violet) and fresh wild berries on a delicately earthy iron-ore extracted, touches fine wood are assembled with the rest of the flavors leaving a very early perception of creaminess. Final Cut balsamic nose with mint and spearmint leave on bunches of aromatic mountain plants (thyme, mastic) and notes of fruit liqueur.
Wine Taste:
The palate is a structured wine with sweet tannin formed body, good acidity and ripe fruit. Aftertaste with notes of mint, cocoa and licorice nuances that also appear retronasal.
