Coto de Hayas Reserva
Traditional preparation. Fermentation at 28 º C with temperature control. It takes just a maceration with the skins over 21 days. After the alcoholic fermentation malolactic fermentation was carried out partly in new barrels and partly in the tank. After malolactic fermentation in barrel barreling proceeds to the American and French oak for 12 months, finally going to finish his bottle aging to marketing.
