The variety of soils in the Empordà is reflected in the different farms Castillo Perelada, with slate floors Garbet, gravel in La Garriga, francoarcillosos in Malaveïna ... Our winery has decided to take advantage of the distinctive features that each of these areas prints to bet on grape wines called "terroir" or farm: wines whose personality is indelibly marked by the vineyard in which they are born. Aging: Sixteen months in Bordeaux barrels new French oak Allier, rest in the bottle.
