Castillo Perelada Cava Torre Galatea
When Salvador Dalí received guests at his home in Port Lligat always offered a glass of champagne Perelada Castillo Rosado. Perelada Castle, in collaboration with the Gala-Salvador Dalí, decided to create a cellar to remember this fact. The Torre Galatea that gives this wine cellar is one of the images identifying the Dali Universe. Dali and Miguel Mateu, founder of the winery, maintained a prolific correspondence for years which has been extracted Dali font used on the label. This sparkling wine produced using the traditional method has created its own identity over the decades due to factors such as the use of indigenous grapes or the mild climate of growing area. The term Cava comes from the word used to describe the caves which is traditionally made. Aging: About twelve months in bottle before disgorgement.
