Antaño Reserva
Fermentation with the skins prolonged to 20 days in stainless steel tanks at 30 º C with high maceration. Oxygenation and conducting malolactic fermentation. Many racked aerated until a natural clarification of wine. Then aged for 26 months in oak barrels of different origins and ages, performing intermediate racking, topped with a long break in our racks. Evolution in the medium term bottle, very good.
