Albaflor Blanco
Albaflor White is a sustainibly elaborated wine, which process, already since the cultivation at the vineyard, does not include chemical treatments. In the winery, the first step for this winemaking, once the grapes have already passed through the hopper, is to make a very soft pressing with an old wooden press that confers full body and certain aromas to the juice which, afterwards, will pass to the stainless steel tank, where the spontaneous fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15ºC, what allows us to achieve the perfect balance between sugar, alcohol and acidity. After four to six weeks, once the fermentation is over, the wine stays in the tank for over six months, until its complete stabilization and clarification.

Pairing:
Because of its softness and freshness, Albaflor White is perfect for having just a glass of wine in the warm spring and summer evenings and nights but if we want to enjoy it with a good meal it is very recommended a white fish, a fresh lettuce and tomato salad or pasta with seafood, such as paella or fideuà, but always very easily elaborated.

Wine Color:
In the first phase, the visual phase, Albaflor White offers a pale yellow Straw colour with a light green rim. Altogether, a clean and bright wine.
Wine Aroma:
In the olfactory phase, we can find nice white fruit aromas, such as apple, pear and peach, and tropical fruit aromas, such as litchi and pineapple, along with light anise and citric fruit notes.
Wine Taste:
Lastly, on the palate, Albaflor White is a light, fresh, fruity and voluminous wine.
