32 months in French oak barrels, 3 months in bottle. This is one of the best wines of Spain. This wine is only made in great vintages and limited production due to the thoroughness with which the grapes are selected from vineyards almost centenarians. Following careful process, the wine rests 32 months in new French oak barrels. Once bottled, rests a few months to finish rounding.

Wine Color:
Intense and deep cherry color, very dark. Purple hues. Very covered. Clean and bright. Tear dense, very slow fall.
Wine Aroma:
High aromatic intensity with expressive red and black fruit that gains intensity as it opens. Along with the fruit begin to emerge creamy and spicy gourmand. Once opened, they appear cocoas, the smoky and elegant and intense toasted wrap it all. Subtle hints of mineral and forest background. A nose that exuberance and charm wins over time.
Wine Taste:
It is advisable to decant and aerate the wine at least two hours before servir.Un wine with a long life ahead so we can consume up to 2040. With great body and a very long stroke involving the palate at all times of immense sensations. Step very silky, very tasty (even sometime sweet), with an extraordinary ripe fruit, spices creamy, melted chocolate and a toasty, well integrated. Great freshness which together will provide a fair balsamic acidity. A final very, very long and very persistent.
