Viñedos del Quorum it is the result of the union of land, vineyard and grape, for it aúna in yes the greatness of the three. Wines that extract the personality, the tipicidad and the character of a zone and of his environment.
The whole vinificación and the control of the vineyards possesses the supervision and the advice of the prestigious enologist Agustí Torelló.
Bodegas y Viñedos del Quorum situa in the D.O. Jumilla, in the precious place named The Portichuelo, annexe to Albatana's glen, where the best vine-stocks of grape are cultivated possibly monastrell.
Viñedos del Quorum it possesses nowadays a property of 8 hectares; the rest of grape is acquired to confidence farmers of the zone, who fulfill the qualit requirements that we mark for our wines, coming to tutelary the vineyards from many from them. The principal variety with which we work is our Monastrell; though we possess minor proportion of others, as Syrah, Cabernet and Petit Verdot.
