The D.O. Climate

The climate of the region is of continental type influenced by the nearness of the Mediterranean one Is a sunny and arid climate, with approximately 3.000 hours of the Sun a year, and of scanty rains, approximately 300 liters per square meter per year, being the very irregular regime of these rains, being in torrential occasions. The annual everage temperature is of 16 º, with cold winters that reach temperatures under zero and warm summers where they overcome them 40ºC.
