Founded in 1987

Located in Alella, this young woman winery founded in 1987, it elaborates classic champaigns adapted to the great public. After Signat, David Coll, one of the own names of the Spanish champaign, who took advantage of his wide experience in other elaborating wineries of frothy of our country to know in depth the tastes of the consumers.

Signat is born with the intention of creating champaigns with which to enjoy and with that to feel, where the quality and the image look after themselves to equal parts. The winery has not own vineyards, but it has articulated a collaborators' network of those who are nourished, so much in the supply of grape - always the best of the local farmers - up to the production of the wine bases and of the coupages for every type of wine-cellar.

They come to Signat in the moment chosen for the tiraje. The process that Signat controls absolutely is that of the second fermentation in bottle. Signat's champaigns remain 18 months in heap, the double of what demands the Regulatory Advice of the D.O. The result of this careful process is that of wine-cellars with a differentiated and own personality.
