Benavente Alto. His extension of vineyard overcomes a little 20 Hectares, with ages from 6 up to 70 years and of the predominant variety in the zone, emblematic Pedro Ximénez, mixed with others of varieties known like "vidueños": airén, montepila, and paltry.
It is again an ancient press, with vestiges of press of girder, tied to his current Owner, Emilio Jiménez Panadero, from 1961. In the decade of the 70 the press reformed to acquire, after some updates, the current configuration. From 1994, the elaborating harvester is Santiago Jiménez of the Pine.
