Founded in 1783

From 1783 the family Colet takes care of his vineyards placed in one of the most significant encalves of the Penedès Central. There the Heredad Romaní dominates a wide plain and gives testimony of these more than two hundred years of constant love to the vineyard and to his work. The centenary tradition of this family enterprise is opened today for the new contributions in a building where technology and quality adjust to the current requirements.

The limited production of his wine-cellar allows them to assure a quality the one that in Colet they feel proud. In his base there is a very ecological and respectful viticulture with the environment. In the microclimate most adapted for every type of grape. They use only and exclusively vineyards of his property (25 cultivable hectares and 80 hectares of forest) for the production of Wine-cellar, stained wine upbringing and white.

The system of production is the traditional one but taking advantage of all the new technologies of culture in the vineyards, in the vinificación, systems of control of the 1 ª fermentation and in the production of his wine-cellars.

They cultivate the autochthonous varieties (Macabeu, Parellada, Xarel · it and Ull of llebre) and the foreigners (Chardonay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gewürztraminer and Riesling), these two last ones for the production of white young wines.

His Extra Brut or Brut Nature rests during a long underground time in the desks of the wine-cellars, to come finally to you without any type of liquor or added sugar, with all his purity and genuineness.
