Founded in 1952

The foundation of the Cooperative " INMACULADA CONCEPCION " goes back to May, 1952, in that moment the partners who were forming her were exceeding the two hundred. In an epoch in which the economy was not allowing big investments and to the majority of the partners, which was corresponding to them to reach, they did it in the shape of wages to raise the ships of the winery.

Since then to the present day the investments carried out have been important and already in 1998 one reminded a great investment realized with wineries car vaciantes, machinery of grinding in stainless steel, equipments of cold for controlled fermentation and another machinery with which it was possible to elaborate the wine of agreement to the requirements of the market, quality and performance.

Besides the investments in the winery also one comes realizing an important restructuring of the vineyards on the part of the partners, putting varieties that they adapt to the area and satisfy the needs of the market at the same time.

It predominates over the variety Bobal of which there are extracted pink and stained some from very much color, recognized on all the markets. In turn the varieties mejorantes, as the Cencibel, Cabernet, Syrah and others are opening him an important market, which already starts having a paper emphasized in the production of this winery.

The company is joined to two cooperatives of the second degree, BACO AND VIALCON, across which great part of the production is commercialized it was doing the EU and to third countries.
