Este monovarietal de Pinot noir ha sido galardonado con la Medalla de Oro en 2010 y con la Gran Medalla de Oro en 2008 en el "Mundial du Pinot noir" de Sierre, Suiza. Se elabora en las cercanías de la Serranía de Ronda, en un viñedo situado a una altitud superior a los 900 metros. Esta ubicación provoca que las oscilaciones de temperatura entre el día y la noche sean importantes, propiciando una lenta maduración de la uva y consiguiendo con ello mantener su acidez en óptimas condiciones. Crianza de 8 meses en roble francés.
